CSS Tool Access Request Form attached to be used in case you require access for individual users.
Tip: existing users can always check ‘My Sites’ (in the left hand menu in the CSS Tool) to see what access they have already.
Requests for multiple users and one customer only don’t require the form to be completed. But please ensure to specify the sites based on the namings listed in the access request form.
